Amy Maule is the glue that holds Williams & Company together. As the Firm Administrator, she’s responsible for enabling the people and processes that allow the firm to help clients. Whether it’s coordinating training or onboarding for staff or looking for ways to improve service efficiency and delivery, Amy’s positivity and “attitude of gratitude” lifts up everyone she encounters.

She graduated from Briar Cliff College and started with the firm in the early 90s as a staff accountant. Since that time Amy’s role has evolved as she’s remained open to trying new things and doing whatever is needed to support the firm. It may be no coincidence that her favorite website is Pinterest because “It always inspires me to try new things!”
When she’s not leading the firm’s administrative team, you’ll find her clearing her head in the fresh air of the outdoors and looking for the next adventure.
