Experience

Amy joined Williams & Company in 1991 as a staff accountant in the Onawa office. Over the years, she has held various roles across the firm, including tax accountant, auditor, paraprofessional, front office, and training coordinator. Since 2017, Amy has served as Firm Administrator.

She is driven by a passion for organization, numbers, and helping others succeed. What she enjoys most about her work is the people—both the team and clients—and the opportunity to support growth and learning throughout the firm. Watching others succeed and knowing she played a part in their journey is especially rewarding.

Community Involvement

Amy has served on numerous boards and community organizations including the Monona County Extension Council, Magic Depot Child Care Center, West Monona Board of Education, Onawa Chamber of Commerce, West Monona Education Foundation, and Onawa Community Foundation.

She currently serves on the Burgess Health Center Board of Directors. Passionate about youth sports, Amy has dedicated many hours to coaching and mentoring young athletes, finding great satisfaction in helping others develop new skills both on the field and in the workplace.

Beyond the Numbers

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching youth sports, and finding inspiration on Pinterest. A favorite quote of hers is:
