Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Activate My Account?
You’ll receive an email from notifications@suralink.com inviting you to join the Suralink platform. Click the “Create Account” link in the message. You’ll first be asked to verify your email via a follow-up message. Once verified, you’ll be directed to the Suralink site to complete your account setup. Your name and email should populate automatically. From there, you’ll create a password and check the box indicating that you’ve read and understood your responsibilities and the privacy policy. You’ll also have the option to set your email notification preferences. Then, click “Create Your Account.”
How Do I Log In?
After you account is set up, visit ______ and log in using your username and password. You can reach the login page by visiting the Williams & Company website and clicking “Client Login” in the top right corner of the homepage.
How Do I Upload and Download Files?
- To upload, simply drag and drop your files onto the request line item or into the detail pane on the right side when a request is selected.
- You can also click the upload area on either the line item or detail pane to select files from your computer.
- To download a file, just click the link for the file you wish to download.
How Do I Reset My Password?
- On the login page, click “Forgot your Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your Suralink account.
- You’ll receive an email with a “Reset Password” link.
- Click the link, and you’ll be directed to Suralink to create a new password.
