Experience

Wes joined Williams & Company in 2005 as a staff accountant. His interest in accounting stems from a lifelong passion for business and entrepreneurship, inspired by observing local business owners managing and growing their enterprises. Over the years, Wes has progressed within the firm to become a shareholder, drawn by the team-oriented approach at Williams & Company and the opportunity to help local businesses improve and succeed.

Community Involvement

Wes serves on the boards of the Spencer Hospital Foundation and the Spencer Schools Foundation. He is also an active member of the First Congregational Church, valuing community engagement and contributing to causes that support local growth and well-being.

Beyond the Numbers

Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with his two daughters, attending their events, and participating in their activities. He also appreciates travel and values downtime for exploring new places or simply relaxing and recharging.
