Sara began her journey with Williams & Company as a staff accountant in October 2015. Her interest in accounting was sparked early on through her school classes, although her initial career path led elsewhere. It was during her time at a previous job, inspired by conversations with the Controller and auditors during annual audits, that she decided to pursue her CPA and transition into public accounting—a decision she considers the best yet.
Over the years at Williams & Company, Sara has advanced through roles as Senior Accountant and Supervisor before becoming a Manager, drawn by the people she works with and the clients she serves.
