Malorie’s interest in accounting grew during a transitional time after graduating from the University of Iowa, when she began filing taxes on her own and became intrigued by how each input affected the final outcome. She started with Williams & Company as a tax intern in 2016 in the Spencer office and was hired full-time in Sheldon upon graduating.

Malorie appreciates the supportive, collaborative culture at Williams & Company and finds great fulfillment in building strong client relationships where her guidance is valued. She also values the firm’s commitment to work-life balance, which allows her to bring her best self to both work and family life.

Outside of the office, Malorie enjoys life with her husband, Brandon, and their twins, Bodhi and Aubree. They love spending time outdoors—at the park, pool, or the Lakes—and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
