Dustan began his journey with Williams & Company as a summer intern in 2017 and returned for a second internship in 2018. He transitioned to a full-time role in August 2019 and has progressed through several positions, including staff accountant, senior accountant, and supervisor, before being promoted to manager in 2025.
He was inspired to pursue accounting because he enjoys working with numbers and solving problems. Dustan also appreciates how accounting helps businesses make smart and ethical decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
