Andi joined Williams & Company as a staff accountant in October 2019. She advanced to senior accountant in January 2022, supervisor in January 2024, and was promoted to manager in June 2025.

Her interest in accounting developed during her first semester of college after starting as a business major. Andi enjoys supporting clients through the advisory process and helping them achieve their goals. She values the collaborative team environment that motivates her daily.
