Danny began his career with Williams & Company as a staff accountant on June 18, 2007. He advanced to senior accountant in 2010, manager in 2015, and became a shareholder in 2022.
His interest in accounting was inspired by a combination of his enjoyment of math and his father’s background in accounting and bookkeeping. He found that accounting suited the type of math he enjoyed and appreciated the collaborative environment at Williams & Company, where he developed strong relationships with co-workers and clients through fieldwork and audits.

Danny is active in Good News Community Church, Estherville Parish. He has coached Junior League city baseball for three years and regularly sponsors the county fair and Sweet Corn Days. He values community involvement as a way to foster belonging, support, and shared identity.
Beyond the Numbers
Outside of the office, Danny loves spending time with his wife, Lizz, owner of Dekker Photography, and their three children: Jacob, Millie, and Clara. He also enjoys attending his children’s events and playing ping-pong and disc golf.
