Accounting Specialist

This position will assist clients, shareholders and staff with bookkeeping, basic accounting, basic tax and payroll functions.

Due to client contact, the Accounting Specialist must be highly professional in dress, manner, and communication skills.

Staff Accountant

This position provides basic accounting, auditing, and/or other consulting services to clients within established firm and accounting guidelines.

The Staff Accountant completes routine accounting assignments with minimal supervision and may help less experienced staff in completion of basic accounting, auditing, tax and/or consulting engagements.

Internships

Interns will have the opportunity to learn more about public accounting services and various accounting software systems.  Interns will perform various duties depending on the season. Tax season primary focus is on assisting with preparation of Federal and State tax returns for individual, partnership, and corporations as well as payroll tax reports and year-end reporting.

Senior Accountant

Senior Accountants handle in-charge responsibilities on specific projects under the supervision of higher-level personnel. They will help less experienced staff in completion of basic accounting, auditing, and/or consulting tasks and supervise, mentor, and train other staff as assigned. Seniors should show initiative in obtaining assignments that will further increase their technical and leadership skills.
